BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVATION DETAILS

Each package includes 10 children and 4 free adult chaperones. Additional attendees not contracted will be required to pay full admission. Minimum $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a birthday party. Final payment with a signed contract is due 3 days prior to the scheduled birthday party. Children ages 2 and under are free. CoCo Key does not provide chaperones. Black-out dates may apply. Final numbers must be guaranteed; no refunds for unused tickets or no-shows. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the water resort or celebration room. Prices do not include sales tax. Holidays and school breaks may be subject to weekend rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
